How Can I Stimulate Eyebrow Growth?

I am one of those girls that went through an overplucking stage..
Now I am left with thin eyebrows, which are not flattering..
So far I have refrained from plucking for almost over 3 weeks, and there is hair growth, but it’s mostly sparse and random little hairs.
Is there anyway I can get them to grow back fully, or at least close to it?
I’m aware that some might not even grow back..
But please, let me know!

Apply vitamin E oil to your eyebraws to stimulate growth. This vitamin is known to cause hair growth and sooth scalp irritations, so if you have eyebraws loss due to irritation, this may reverse it. Apply the oil to your eyebraws with a clean eyelash brush. The act of brushing your eyebraws regularly may also stimulate growth.

Avoid vaseline since it’s petroleum. Use natural oils instead – extra virgin olive oil or even virgin coconut oil work incredibly well. Olive oil is good for so many uses and it’s great to have handy.
Apply Vaseline Lip Care. The ones you apply with your fingers. Put it over night.
